Job Overview:

 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analysis Program Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive training program to help students develop their skills in business analysis.

 

 

 

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in business analysis and training, as well as a passion for teaching and mentorship. They should be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including students, instructors, and business leaders.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

Design and develop a comprehensive training program for business analysis students that covers fundamental and advanced concepts in the field.

 

Deliver training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, webinars, workshops, and e-learning modules.

 

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve the learning experience.

 

Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure that training content is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

 

Monitor and track the progress of students in their training journey, provide feedback, and offer support to help them achieve their learning objectives.

 

Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals, and assessments.

 

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies related to business analysis and training.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.

 

Experience designing and delivering training programs.

 

Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, techniques, and best practices.

 

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 

Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Passion for teaching and mentorship.
